Hello

Thanks for taking some time to look at my portfolio. I am a highly experienced, award-winning creative and strategic director, graphic designer and copywriter. I’ve been at it for nearly 30 years now, which makes me shudder a bit when I see it written down. As DISCO Creative (est. 2017) I have been working with charity sector clients on their fundraising, campaigning and legacy marketing. Clients include Liberty Human Rights, ShelterBox, Wood Green Animal Shelter and The Trussell Trust. I work with commercial clients too on branding identity and advertising campaigns, clients like Box Steam Brewery, DPD (with Watson Creative Ireland) and Kooky Life. I am also the creative consultant at Revolutionise working with charities and non-profits around the world to become ‘Great Fundraising Organisations’.​ We run seminars and creative sprints that help organisations focus on fundraising and powerfully express their purpose. The results are transformational. Our work with RNLI was recognised in 2020 where we won the IOF Campaign of the Year. Before the DISCO days I co-founded Different Kettle - the Bristol-based creative agency specialising in the third sector. There, as CD for 17 years, I created award-winning campaigns and appeals for many of the UK’s leading charities including Amnesty International, Macmillan Cancer Support and Greenpeace.
