MSF - The world’s A&E department

By subverting familiar hospital signposts I hoped to demonstrate the emergencies Médecins Sans Frontières professionals have to tackle in conflict zones every day. Departments such as ’Gunshots’, ‘Landmine’ and ‘Cholera’ are unthinkable in a UK hospital but then to finish with ‘Maternity’ is a reminder that children are born in these difficult situations.
