This campaign for Save the Children personifies poverty and portrays it as a prowling bogeyman. Poverty skulks through the dark streets and steals away children’s rights - the right to education, the right to health, the right to food… But Poverty can be beaten. The late Christopher Lee, a supporter of Save the Children, offered to record the voice-over and lends a booming menace to the TV advert.
